Ceremonial Matcha – The Reminiscence – 25 g

 Crafted using traditional Japanese methods, this ceremonial matcha was shaded for 28 days before being finely stone-ground. This time-honored technique preserves the full aromatic richness of the leaves, resulting in an intense, vegetal, and silky brew with a vibrant emerald green color.

 Perfect for daily rituals as well as exceptional moments, it is best enjoyed whipped in a chawan to reveal a smooth and airy foam.

 Preparation tips:
 – Heat the water to 75°C
 – Pour 2g of matcha into a chawan
 – Add 5 cl of hot filtered water
 – Whisk vigorously with a moistened chasen, drawing a W, M, or Z pattern, until you obtain a smooth texture and a nice foam.
