A roasting process that serves the origin
At La Réminiscence , each coffee benefits from a roasting profile developed specifically to reveal its identity.
For Number 1 , our goal was not to intensify the aromas, but to preserve all the natural delicacy of this Ethiopian coffee. Thanks to a precise and progressive roasting process, the texture becomes silky while the aromatic complexity is fully expressed.
Like fine wines, this coffee continues to evolve after roasting. It reaches its ideal balance approximately two months after roasting, a period during which the aromas gain in harmony and depth.
